Explosive Sales in a downward economy
Small business owners gathered at Hirsch’s Strubens Valley recently for their monthly Business networking event. The speaker for the morning was Ryan Jones who spoke on sales in the current economy. Ryan comes from a sales and marketing background and is a consultant in the finance and ICT industries.
The interactive session was based on planning your day in order to receive maximum success. He touched on the skill of cold calling and how to go about it efficiently. Ryan ended the session with a quote he lives by and which he looks to impart his knowledge and strategies on “Have so much going on, that no one’s disappointment disappoints you.”
Networkers were given the opportunity to showcase their products and introduce themselves and their businesses. This was followed by a lucky draw, networking, sharing of business cards and enjoying refreshments.
