- 2 small grated apples
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 4 dates chopped fine
- ½ cup oats
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
- ¼ cup pecans
- ¼ cup coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp hemp / flax seeds
- Add all the dry ingredients to the Nutribullet and blitz into a coarse grainy consistency.
- In a bowl put the grated apples, chopped dates & coconut oil, mix together, then add all the dry ingredients and combine well with hands.
- Press the mixture into molds (I used a silicone mini-donut mold) or roll into bite sized balls and refrigerate for 2 hours, then enjoy!
- These store well in an airtight container in the fridge for a week.
