Wet Ingredients:

  • 2 small grated apples
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 4 dates chopped fine

Dry ingredients:

  • ½ cup oats
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup pecans
  • ¼ cup coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp hemp / flax seeds
  • Add all the dry ingredients to the Nutribullet and blitz into a coarse grainy consistency.
  • In a bowl put the grated apples, chopped dates & coconut oil, mix together, then add all the dry ingredients and combine well with hands.
  • Press the mixture into molds (I used a silicone mini-donut mold) or roll into bite sized balls and refrigerate for 2 hours, then enjoy!
  • These store well in an airtight container in the fridge for a week.
