Hirsch’s Homestores recently held their second popular virtual Kitchen Capers cooking event.  Back in the Siemens kitchen at Hirsch’s Umhlanga (by popular demand) were the Eat Greek catering team Chefs NickPapadopoulos Eric Edwards. Terrilyn from T-INC Brand Catalysts joined duo and demonstrated to the online audience the perfect Diemersfontein wine pairing to compliment the delicious meals – a state of the art Mince Moussaka and a vegetarian inspired Moussaka with a delicious bechamel sauce. Richard Hirsch, CEO of the Hirsch’s Group popped in to thank the team and  complimented Terrilyn  for showcasing the  wines that could happily be housed in a wide variety of wine fridge’s from Hirsch’s that will keep the wine at the perfect temperature.

The virtual cooking events at Hirsch’s run bimonthly contact to book for the next one where Prince Sithole, the Royal Chef will create a fabulous African fusion dish. This will take place on July 7 at 11.00.
