Hirsch’s recently held bi-monthly Kitchen Capers virtual event and gave some wonderful tips and ideas, with Guest Chef, Food Stylist, Chef and baker, Lucy Markewicz showing the audience – from around South Africa how to make a quick and easy Poached Prawn Vietnamese Rice Wrap. Lucy was joined in the gorgeous SMEG kitchen at Hirsch’s Hillcrest branch, by Hirsch PRO Lindsay Kleynhans who demonstrated how to put together a decadently delicious batch of chocolate brownies in the AirFryer – in no time at all.
Margaret Hirsch who hosted the event on Zoom, also introduced Alison Kirk from Wedding and Function who spoke about the state of the wedding industry at the moment and how 2021 is likely to turn out to be a bumper year for weddings and functions around the country.
