- 1/2 Cup Almond Milk, unsweetened – or milk of choice
- 1/2 Cup Blueberries – fresh or frozen
- 1/2 Cup Ice
- 1/2 Banana
- Add all ingredients to the tall cup and twist on the cross blade.
- Blend until smooth.
