Ingredients
Roughly 2 cups of blackberries
Honey +- 2 Tablespoons
2 cups of Greek yoghurt, you can use any flavour of your choice and diet preference.
Instructions
Blend the blackberries in a food processor or blender on high until liquified into a smoothie-like consistency.
Once liquified pour the thick blackberry liquid into a large bowl and mix in the honey. Then add the yoghurt and very gently mix everything together. To make a swirl into your popsicles do not fully blend the yoghurt and blackberries. The mixture should be thick and creamy, you can add more Honey if required.
Pour the mixture evenly into each popsicle mold.
Add your popsicle sticks in before freezing to make sure the popsicles firm up onto the sticks. Once the sticks are in freeze your popsicles for 6 hours or overnight.
To easily remove the popsicles run the mold under warm water for a brief period. Eat on a hot day & Enjoy!
