A huge thank you to Tia Wiblin from Innate Healing for coming on today to talk to us about meditation! I mentioned in my post before this that one of your goals should be to take time out of your day for yourself and I strongly recommend that you do this by meditating - I start every day off by meditating just to clear out all of the distractions so that I can focus and start off my day feeling rejuvenated and ready for the day. 💪
